Recipe Rise

Valentines Day is just around the corner!!  This year I made peanut butter chocolate RiseCups!  Delicious!  I hope these inspire you to make something sweet for your sweetie!  Below is the recipe for the peanut butter icing…trust me you will eat it with a spoon! YUM!

Then I got a little crafty and decided to add on sugar hearts to the peanut butter icing.  It makes them look festive…don’t you think so?

Peanut Butter Icing

4 oz cream cheese – soften

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 stick butter – softened

1 cup powder sugar

** Blend together until smooth and add to your favorite cupcake or eat if off the spoon!
