Recipe Rise

For those of you that know me know I am a Texas Longhorn!!  Not only do I love watching my horns win but I love to visit Austin, Texas…it is one of my favorite places.  In the spirit of bowl week I created some Longhorn Risecups.  My brother gave me some new decorating tools and I found a new cupcake recipe (caramel apple)  that I felt the need to try out this weekend.  Here is what I came up with….

Go Horns Go!!

My hands are a little shaky on the Longhorn Risecups but the flavor is delicious! Good Luck to my Longhorns this week in the National Championship!!  I wish I could go to the Rose Bowl…maybe one day!
